She will work with us to address any mental or behavioral health needs that might arise in addition to the therapies she can provide. She also has experience working with Native American youth and their families and understands some of the complex issues that can arise in adolescence. Specific programming work includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse, anger, trauma, attachment, and family systems.

offers services in the areas listed below. The methods of service delivery are facilitated through daily client and staff interaction and facilitated through discussion groups, 1-on-1’s, mentoring sessions, curriculum and classroom style learning.

provides a plethora of group home care and family preservation services to families and the children. ELS will provide an array of services that measurably demonstrate effectiveness in improving the stability and well-being of children, enhancing family function, and preserving and reunifying families.

has highly qualified staff members with experience in working with female youth in group home settings. The staff is sensitive to the all cultural backgrounds and will respect every tradition and requests made to keep the integrity of the tribe’s culture sacred. ELS staff will assess each individual’s needs to determine what services and programs will be needed in order for the client to be successful in their everyday lives and the future. ELS staff has a Program Director that is an LMSW which will provide clinical based programming for each individual’s needs. The House Manager has helped open up two homes in the Valley and has managed them successfully.
